Dubai Creek Harbour Environmental Management
The DCH masterplan contains 10.6 million m2 Gross Floor Area (GFA) of residential, commercial, tourism and hospitality, and public and cultural buildings; alongside associated public realm and utilities and infrastructure land uses. WKC’s initial role on the Project was to conduct site-wide environmental monitoring including air quality, noise, groundwater, marine water and ecology, avifauna and bat surveys. This was then supplemented into an Environmental Management and Audit programme of the entire project.
Margam Wells EIAs
This Project is for the expansion of exploration activities in the Margham area within the Emirate of Dubai. The proposed undertaking entailed the preparation of 10 comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) to evaluate the potential effects of the project on the surrounding environment. This initiative sought to ensure that the project is conducted in a responsible and sustainable manner, minimizing any adverse impact on the ecological integrity of the region.

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary (RAKWS) Terrestrial Ecology Survey
Our team conducted a Wetland Vulnerability Assessment Report (Stage 2 WVAR) for Dubai Creek Harbour including a seasonal terrestrial ecology survey.
Power Plant Intertidal Lagoon Monitoring
The 2,400MW Hassyan clean coal power station is an ultra-supercritical (USC) power plant developed in Saih Shuaib, Dubai, UAE. WKC’s role was to conduct monthly marine environment surveys surrounding the project to ascertain the current condition of the ecosystems and the biodiversity present.
