WKC were contracted to support response to lender comments and lender due diligence for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Air Dispersion Modelling (ADM), Noise Modelling and BAT assessment for the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project, a $3bn development based in Thanh Hoa Province in Vietnam.
